Cyndi holds degrees in Science & Nutrition from both Deakin University in Australia & The University of Colarado. She also holds Post grad qualifications in Human Anatomy as well as the Diagnosis & Management of Health Issues.

Cyndo is a nutritionist, yes – but not of the typical “low fat” mantra!

Instead, she believes it’s OK to be normal; chocolate can be good for you, coffee can be part of a healthy diet, butter rules – and life’s good … so long as you eat thoughtfully.
