Wouldn’t it be great if there were more female CEO’s in Australia? In the world?

Susanne Bransgrove spent the early years of her career in corporate banking and finance in both Europe and Australia, after having been raised in a family who are the third generation owners of a business that is actually 100’s of years old!

Susanne’s understanding of the family dynamic is deep and when coupled with her banking experiences took her on a path to help family businesses improve – through building boards of directors who add value.

Today she is Managing Director of governance specialists AMPLIFI GOVERNANCE, and this week Susanne joins us on Careers Unplugged this week to talk about family business, moving countries, being a female business leader and even field hockey.
